Best practices in business include corporate compliance. This simply means conducting businesses in accordance with laws and rules of the company. There are three requirements of corporate compliance which ensure an upward progress of business organizations.

Incase any lapses and failure to comply are observed they must report the matter to authorities and take necessary steps. This involves investigation, training, advice and implementing appropriate measures for violators.
